What happens when my subscription expires?
Your listings are paused (not deleted) and hidden from customers. You have a 3-day grace period to renew. Once you renew, your listings go live again instantly.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How do customers contact me?
Customers click the WhatsApp or Call button directly on your listing. They contact you directly — Khala Drive does not take any commission on bookings.
Do I need to be verified to list vehicles?
No — you can list vehicles immediately after registering. Verification (which earns you a Verified badge) is optional but recommended as it builds customer trust.
Can I pause my listings temporarily?
Yes. You can pause individual vehicles or your entire account at any time from your dashboard. Paused vehicles are hidden but your subscription continues.
